About Our C5 Founding Member
The Founding Member of C5 Business Advisors is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, having over 25 years of business valuation experience helping small to mid-sized businesses. She has authored several articles and has spoken nationally on various topics including business valuation, ownership transition, ESOPs, culture and communication, open book management, and leadership. In addition, she was a contributing author of Chapter Nine: Effective Employee Stock Ownership Plan Strategies, of the book, Exit Planning: The Definitive Guide © John H. Brown.
